"The Bowdudes - Professional Archery Cara Kelly"
On this podcast we have Professional Archery Cara Kelly. Cara has won 14 World Championships including 4 out of the last 5 years at the IBO Worlds. She has won 35 National Championships. She has been Shooter of the Year an incredible 9 times as a professional archer including back to back titles in the super tough ASA Women’s Pro Division in 2012 and 2013 and winning it again this year in 2015.
Cara tells us how she trains to stay at the top of her sport. Gives us her take on how to stay mentally prepared and shares with us what it was like to live her worst nightmare, a shoulder injury.
She also discusses ArcHER, an organization she co-founded which highlights and motivates women archers everywhere.
